The TC007 is an advanced optical turbidimeter designed to accurately measure turbidity in flowing streams using the principle of scattered light from a collimated beam in conjunction with light transmission/attenuation.  Optical fibers are utilized to transmit light from a source within the TC007 instrument through an in-line sample cell and back again to a sensitive detection system to calculate turbidity in industry standard units.  The absence of electrical power in the light transmission system allows sample cells to be fitted in hazardous areas without any concern for electrical certification and approval.  The TCC007 is an excellent and cost effective solution for measuring flow stream turbidity in a process environment in real time without the need for sample systems and associated equipment.

TC007 instruments are compliant to ISO7027:1999(E) standard and can be used for potable water applications, as well as a variety of industrial applications such as centrifuge performance, filtration, phase separation, leak detection and chemical dosing. Measurement is independent of pressure, temperature and density.  The TC007 has no moving parts, so maintenance costs are exceptionally low while repeatability and reliability of measurement are assured by high quality fiber optic cables and stable, long lasting light sources.

TC007 Turbidity Monitors are specifically designed for accurate and reliable measurement in any application.  In-line flow cells are durable and available in a variety of materials.  Optics cleaning options to remove build up of solids and coatings are available o ensure long term measurement stability.  Line sizes are available from ½” to 4” as standard – other line sizes available upon request.

TC007 in-line process analyzers can meet your application requirements accurately and reliably at a low cost with low continuing maintenance.
